This clinic will meet at Running Works every Thursday at 6pm and Sunday at 8am.
Join us and experience the benefits of running in a supportive and motivating environment during this 12-week instructor lead training program. With a focus on building endurance through the incorporation of easy mileage, hill intervals and long runs, you will be guided through a gradual and safe progression to a run 10K by the end of the program.
Participants should be comfortable running at least 4K or for 30 mins at a time. There are no time cutoffs so all paces are welcome.
Runners will be encouraged (but not obligated) to sign up for the C3 Egg Nog Jog 10K in Caledon on Sunday, November 30th.
Instructor Lead
Learn from and follow experienced runners as they guide you throughout your Winter training by incorporating long runs, intervals and hill workouts. Dan K. and Jenn H. will be leading the way for this clinic.

Learn some tips and tricks from industry professionals like nutritionists, physiotherapists and Olympic-hopefuls.
