16-week instructor lead clinic designed for those looking to increase their mileage and conquer the half marathon distance. Starts Wednesday, November 16th, - Meets Wednesdays at 6:00 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am at Running Works.
Registrants should only start this program with a strong base behind them; currently running 2-3 times per week and can comfortably cover 8 KMs at a time. There are no time cutoffs so all paces are welcome.
Learn from and follow experienced runners as they guide you throughout your Winter training by incorporating long runs, intervals and hill workouts.
Learn some tips and tricks from industry professionals like nutritionists, physiotherapists and Olympic-hopefuls.
All registered members of this clinic are entitled to a 10% discount off any regularly priced merchandise in store.
All registered runners will be required to sign the participation waiver before joining their first session.
